These terms describe purchases from our online store and should be read together with the information for the product you buy.
Orders and information
Check the goods, quantities, delivery address, contact information and total price before placing your order. The product information, selected options and terms for the purchase are presented before ordering and confirmed in the order information. Contact us if any details are incorrect or if you have not received the confirmation you expect.
If an age restriction or a particular purchase verification applies to a product, this is explained during the purchase process. You must provide accurate information and complete the checks required for the order concerned.
Prices and payment
Consumer prices include the VAT applicable to the purchase. The currency, any discounts, shipping charges and final total are shown before payment. Conditions for a discount or promotion are provided with the offer. Free shipping thresholds are calculated using the value of goods after discounts and including VAT.
The payment options available for your order appear at checkout. When you choose a payment service, its own terms may apply to matters such as credit or payment processing. Your statutory rights against us as the seller remain in place. Any charge associated with a selected payment method must be disclosed before you complete the purchase.
Delivery and delays
We deliver to destinations supported at checkout. Available delivery methods, charges and delivery time information are provided at checkout or in the product information applicable to your order. If no delivery time has been agreed, delivery must take place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
Contact us if a delivery is delayed. You retain the rights provided by applicable consumer law, which may include requiring delivery, withholding payment and, where the legal conditions are met, terminating the purchase. For transport options offered by us, responsibility for the goods remains with us until delivery takes place as defined by law.
Vending machines
Vending machines may have an estimated lead time of approximately 90 days. The lead time and delivery conditions for the particular model must be presented before the order is placed. A lead time exceeding 30 days applies to a consumer purchase when it has been agreed as part of the purchase. Delivery within Sweden is included for our vending machines as described on the relevant product page.
Information about options, installation, software, licences and any recurring charges must be provided in the product information or a specific agreement before ordering. A standard machine is not automatically exempt from withdrawal rights merely because it is ordered from a supplier. Statutory rules on withdrawal, faulty goods and goods with digital elements apply to consumer purchases where relevant.
If a separate service or digital supply is to begin during the withdrawal period, the information and express consent required by applicable law must be obtained. Consent concerning that supply does not in itself restrict your rights for physical goods included in the order.
Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers normally have a 14 day right of withdrawal for online purchases. The period starts on the day after receipt of the goods, subject to the rules for separate deliveries. You can send a clear withdrawal notice through our online function, by email or by post. Our returns and refunds policy provides the full details, exceptions, return address and an optional model form.
You pay the direct cost of return when this responsibility was disclosed before purchase. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, such as larger vending machines, the cost or a reasonable estimate must have been provided before purchase for you to bear it. If we have not provided the required information, we bear the cost to the extent required by law.
Faulty goods and complaints
Under Swedish consumer law, you may complain about defects that existed at delivery and become apparent within three years of delivery. Contact august.ekenberg@gmail.com within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Notice within two months is always considered timely. Please include the order number if possible and describe the problem. Where we are responsible for a defect, you are entitled to the remedies and compensation provided by applicable consumer law without bearing necessary costs for resolving it.
The assessment of a defect takes account of the nature of the goods, their expiry date, normal use and the circumstances. A separate commercial guarantee applies only if one has actually been provided. Your statutory rights apply regardless of the existence of a guarantee.

Resolving a dispute
Contact us first with any question or complaint so that we can investigate. If we cannot resolve a dispute, consumers may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden. ARN considers cases that meet its eligibility requirements. You may also bring proceedings before a competent court under the applicable rules.
International customers and business purchases
Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase. If you live in another country, you retain any protection that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The law and courts applicable to a dispute are determined by the relevant legal rules.
Purchases made primarily for business purposes are governed by the terms specifically agreed and applicable law. The rights identified in these terms as consumer rights normally do not apply to business purchases. Any special conditions for a business purchase must be agreed for that order.
Applicable version of these terms
The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase. Changes to the website apply to future orders and do not change contracts already concluded.
